ALL DAY WATER SPORTS RULES REGULATIONS

PAYMENT VERIFICATION: Guests must present the credit card used for purchase along with a matching valid government-issued photo I.D. at check-in.
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION:

All guests 18 years and older must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. that includes their date of birth
Guests ages 16–17 must also present a valid government-issued photo I.D. with date of birth to operate their own jet ski
Photocopies and digital I.D.s are not accepted

BOATER SAFETY CERTIFICATION: Guests born in 1988 or later must have a Boater Safety Certificate to operate a jet ski. This requirement can be met by either:

Completing a Boater Safety Test online (CLICK HERE), or
Presenting a valid Florida Boater Safety License

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT: Jet ski operators must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow verbal instructions and read safety labels without assistance.
AGE & SUPERVISION:

Guests must be 18 years or older to participate independently.
Guests under 18 must have a natural or adoptive parent present at check-in to complete required waivers.

AGES 4–13:

Cannot operate a jet ski
May ride as a passenger only with a guest 18+
A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid I.D. to sign the waiver

AGES 14–17:

May drive or ride only with a guest 18+ on the jet ski
A parent or legal guardian must be present with valid I.D. to sign the waiver
Cannot operate a jet ski with a passenger ages 4–15
If two minors (ages 16–17) share a jet ski, both must meet all driving requirements

AGES 16–17: May operate their own jet ski if:

A valid government-issued I.D. is presented
The Boater Safety Test is completed
A parent or legal guardian is present at check-in with valid I.D.

AGES 18+ May operate a jet ski if:

A valid government-issued I.D. is presented, AND
They were born before 1988 or have completed a Boater Safety Test
May ride as a passenger with valid I.D. If sharing a jet ski, only one adult must meet operating requirements

A safety lanyard (key) must be attached to the driver at all times
Maximum 3 guests per jet ski
Maximum combined weight: 460 lbs (225 kg)

GUESTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THEY:

Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Are pregnant
Have any medical conditions that could put themselves or others at risk
Are 3 years old or younger
Are 18 years or older and do not have a valid government-issued photo I.D. and the credit card used for purchase
Are unable to quickly understand or follow spoken instructions in English.

MANDATORY ID REQUIREMENT: All guests 18 years and older must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. that includes their date of birth.
MANDATORY MINORS: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a natural or adoptive parent at check-in.

The parent must: Present valid photo I.D.
Complete all required waivers

Flight Options: Tandem (2 people), and Triple Flights available

Weight & Weather Restrictions: Maximum combined weight is 450 lbs for all flight types. Triple flights are subject to both weather and weight conditions.
Age Requirement: Children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult.
