RULES & REGULATIONS



  • A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO I.D.
  • MUST BRING CREDIT CARD & UPON ARRIVAL A HOLD OF $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DAMAGE/LIABILITY. Operator do not accept Amex for security deposits. The hold will be released after the vessel has been returned and inspection of the vessel is completed. Fuel will be charged (market rate) after return
  • GUESTS BORN IN OR AFTER 1988 MUST HAVE A BOATER SAFETY CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE THE BOAT. You Must present your certificate or show your email proof at check in. (No photocopies accepted). CLICK HERE TO OBTAIN YOUR BOATERS SAFETY CERTIFICATE ONLINE
  • The Operator on Boat MUST be able to understand and speak English in order to participate & sign legal agreement. Safety / Navigation / Vessel Operation instructions will be given in English.
  • Guests cannot rent if they are possess or under the influence of drugs or alcohol


CANCELLATION POLICY



  • All cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
  • If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions or mechanical problems you will receive a full refund
  • Rental Boat Operator reserves the right to change the customer to another date or to a different vessel which is comparable or an upgrade at no additional cost
  • Rentals booked within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • No shows and or captains without previous outboard boating experience are NON-REFUNDABLE
