• A valid driver’s license and credit card are required for security purposes.
• All drivers must be at least 22 years old.
• Drivers must have a basic understanding of English to sign the legal agreement.
• Golf carts are permitted only on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or lower.
• All traffic laws, rules, and regulations applicable to regular vehicles also apply to golf carts.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before or during the rental period.
  No refunds will be provided for early returns.
  
• Renters are fully responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
• If the rental company cancels your reservation, a full refund will be issued.
• Rentals booked within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
