RULES & REGULATIONS



  • Renter must have a Valid Drivers License & Credit Card is required for security reasons.
  • All drivers must be at least 22 years of age!
  • Must have a basic understanding of the English Language to sign legal agreement.
  • Golf Carts can only be driven on roads where the speed limit does not exceed 35mph!
  • All laws, rules and regulations apply to the Golf Cart the same as to regular vehicles!
  • No alcohol consumed before or during the rental period.
  • NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS. Renter is responsible for any loss or damage.


CANCELLATION POLICY



  • All cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for rentals will be charged in full and are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • All cancellations made by the rental company will receive a full refund
    RENTALS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED RENTAL TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
  • NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN THE FULL AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
